Tormore Reserve is receiving $5 million from the Albanese Labor Government for their brand new pavilion and facilities upgrades!
I was thrilled to join Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government @catherine_kingmp to announce the funding. This $5 million investment will ensure that @boroniahawksfnc,Boronia Hawks Football Netball Club – Junior and @boronia_cc have the facilities they deserve.
Along with the $1.2 million from the Victorian State Government, this combined $6.2 million project is fully funded and ready to be delivered by Knox City Council.

We believe it to be a vote of confidence in our ongoing commitment to maintain a strong and inclusive environment for our players, their families and all our members and local supporters. We have a longstanding community partnership with Knox Leisureworks. As a result, all Boronia Hawks senior footballers and netballers are invited to ease the aches and pains with Monday night recovery at the pools for no charge, subject to presentation of your 2024 Boronia Hawks Membership Card. This is a great opportunity and we encourage all players to enjoy the facilities!
Injuries happen for both football and netball. BHFNC recommends the Emergency Department at Knox Private Hospital when specialist ED attention is required.
The Hawks are very excited to be hosting a Champagne Breakfast at Tormore on Saturday 11th May to celebrate our Women’s Football Program.

Boronia Hawks Football Netball Club is very happy to be fielding three teams in the upcoming EFNL Winter Season. A big thank you to our Netball Manager, Alisha Clark, for getting everyone organised.
We are welcoming back a lot of regulars from last season, but also a lot of former stars to our Division 1 side. We also have quite a few crossovers who have played both footy and netty for the club. Round 1 starts on Friday 19th April for Hawks, Gold and Brown. Please get right behind them all!
