The Hannon name is famous at Tormore Reserve and Big Josh now has bragging rights as the 2023 Bob Henry Medallist. 30 games with Eastern Ranges; 90 games with Boronia; 70 goals with Boronia; more importantly 2 premierships with Boronia. Another big season lies ahead.

Begs is obviously one of the best credentialed footballers to join the Hawks for many years. A very successful season with Eastern Ranges in 2016 saw Josh drafted by Essendon that year at #31 in the National Draft. He played 17 AFL games and 28 VFL games with Essendon before moving to Frankston for another 29 VFL games. Josh joined Boronia in 2023 and was a huge factor in our 2023 premiership season.

Thank you to PHIL WATSON and COMPLETE SPORTS SERVICES for player sponsorship of BREE WATSON for the 2024 season. Bree played netball for the Hawks before signing up for footy in 2018. Bree went on to captain the club in 2022 and was of course our inaugural premiership captain in 2023.

After a couple of frustrating years with injury and the COVID interruptions, Corey is ready to bounce back this season and recapture the form that saw him in the EFNL Division 2 Team of the Year in 2019. He has now played 89 senior games and 36 Under 19’s games for Boronia. Corey won the David Murrihy Medal for Under 19’s Best & Fairest in 2015, after his senior debut in 2014.

Harry has captained the club since 2021 and is a former Bob Henry Medallist. He has played 114 senior games and 40 in the Under 19’s after a strong career for Boronia Juniors including a League B&F in Under 15’s. Premiership captain in 2023.
