Premier Women’s Update from Sean Buncle! The Premier side had a solid hitout in wet conditions against good oppositon. Women’s Dev. Team Update from Greg Hall! Good last hit out for the Dev side against a similar opposition today. SATURDAY SCOREBOARD | PRACTICE MATCHES

A full day of senior club practice matches for the Hawks at both Millers and Tormore.

The Women’s teams had a really good hit out with Park Orchards, who came out on top in both games. Plenty to like with the new recruits and rookies coming up from Boronia Hawks Football Netball Club – Juniors & Auskick.

The Men’s teams took on Premier Division’s Vermont with a great win for the Dev. Team to welcome new coach Danny to the club. The 19’s and Seniors went down but it was great to see the young blokes seize their opportunity and show the supporters that the way ahead is looking bright.

Thanks to Park Orchards and Vermont and to all volunteers today!

CONGRATULATIONS TO HARRY CHAPMAN | VIC METRO

Congratulations to Harrison Chapman of the Boronia Hawks on his well-deserved selection in the 2026 Victoria Metro summer training squad, which was finalised on January 21, 2026.

This prestigious 26-player squad highlights the top emerging talent in the region. Harry’s inclusion is a significant achievement, adding to his growing list of football accolades. He is also a member of the elite 2026 Marsh AFL National Academy and plays for the Eastern Ranges in the AFL Talent League, underscoring his high potential as a likely top draft prospect.

Here he is receiving his Boronia jumper in 2025 from his father Nathan, a former Hawka himself. Harry’s strong performances have marked him as one of the key players to watch as the 2026 season progresses.
