Dyson Currie is a family-owned and operated timber wholesale business based in Mordialloc, with a long-standing reputation for quality and innovation.

Originally specialising in precision component docking for furniture manufacturers—an industry-first at the time—the company built a strong foundation in craftsmanship and reliability.

After more than 40 years in the timber industry, founders Ross and Bronwyn Currie passed the business on to the next generation, with Tim Currie and Peta Currie taking over in 2004.

Since then, the company has expanded significantly, introducing a wider range of products and services while maintaining the high standards customers have come to expect.

Today, Dyson Currie’s offerings span all aspects of timber usage, with a strong focus on supplying timber merchants. Their range includes timber flooring across all species, dressed hardwood boards, architraves and jambs, primed finger-jointed pine, pine boards, flooring, and linings—all made to order as well as in bulk quantities. Importantly, they continue to operate their original docking and machining facility, preserving the craftsmanship at the heart of the business.
