PRESEASON TRAINING | SENIOR WOMEN
Pre-Season Training for our Senior Women and Masters will kick off next Tuesday 21st November at Boronia Heights Primary School. Training will be Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6pm to 7:30pm. We’ll be doing four weeks of training before we break for Christmas with a focus of building a base of skills, fitness and game sense before a big 2024 season!

Boronia’s Masters were all smiles after a great win in the last round of their first season. Well done ladies, your hard work has paid off and it is now on to Finals.
