The EFNL has released the 2025 Fixture for Division 1 Under 19.5’s. There are 9 teams, with Doncaster not fielding a team so we have a bye in Rounds 1 and 10. We can’t wait for the start of a very exciting season for the boys!
Full details are available here. You can sync the fixture to your calendar.
The EFNL Summer Netball season ended last night with five Grand Finals. Although our two teams missed finals they still had very successful seasons with 29 players taking the courts to represent the club.
Congratulations to MEAGHAN EDMONDSON as top goal scorer for Boronia Hawks with 96 goals and to CHELSEA DUNKINSON who cracked the ton with 124 goals for Boronia Gold. Congratulations also to the ever reliable SARAH ALEXANDER who played all 12 games for Hawks, and is without doubt one of our most loyal players.
A very big thank you to our Netball Manager, ALISHA CLARK for getting our teams organised for the season and a special thanks to SAMANTHA DUNKINSON, our new Vice President of Women’s Programs, for her passionate support of the teams throughout the season. We can all now look forward to the Winter season for more Netball action!
We are very pleased to announce that fan favourite MICHAEL GOLDSACK will be sponsored in 2025 by former club president TIM CURRIE and DYSON CURRIE TIMBER WHOLESALERS.
“Dyson Currie is a family owned and operated timber wholesale company originally formed by Doug Dyson (dec.) and Ross Currie in 1978. The company’s market share now incorporates all aspects of timber usage. A large focus has been directed towards timber merchants specialising in timber flooring (all species), dressed hardwood boards, architraves and jambs, primed F/J pine, pine boards, floorings and linings all made to order and bulk lots all whilst maintaining their original docking and machining facility”.
