The ‘Lake Show’ is back for 2026! We’re proud to confirm that Jarrod Lake has re-signed with the Boronia Hawks for the 2026 season!

Jarrod isn’t just a key defender, he’s the heart and soul of the club, a fan favourite, and one of the most respected figures to pull on the brown and gold. He continues to be a cornerstone of our back six and a foundation of our current era of success.

  • 3× Senior Premiership Player – 2018, 2023, 2024;
  • Named in the EFNL Team of the Year six times – 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024.
  • Seniors Most Courageous Player – 2016 & 2017.

What he put his body through just to get up for last year’s Grand Final was unmatched and not only did he get there, he was one of the best players on the ground.
