PLAYER ANNOUNCEMENT | COREY PRESTON JOINS BORONIA

We’re excited to announce that Corey ‘CJ’ Preston will be joining the Boronia Hawks Football Club for the 2026 season.

CJ brings proven experience and leadership, having played VFL football with both Williamstown and the Box Hill Hawks, where he’s currently part of the club’s leadership group.

Before that, CJ starred at East Ringwood, where his outstanding 2024 season earned him selection in the EFNL Premier Division Team of the Year, a reflection of his consistency, skill, and impact at the top level of community football.

A composed and versatile utility, CJ is known for his clean ball use, footy smarts, and ability to influence games through the midfield and forward of centre.

At just 22, CJ adds leadership, class, and genuine excitement to our senior program as we continue to build towards success in Division 1.
