After 3 tough years away from the game due to a number of serious injuries, it was fantastic to see Zac Schmidtke named last night for for the 19’s game tomorrow.
Throughout his time being sidelined since the 2023 season, Zac has remained a huge part of the Hawka family — running water, managing rotations on game day and always lending a hand wherever needed.
A true clubman whose commitment and support for the Hawka Senior teams has never wavered. It’s great to see his perseverance, resilience and all that hard work finally pay off. Everyone at the Hawka is proud to see Zac back doing what he loves.
