PREMIER WOMEN | TEN NEW PLAYERS FOR ROUND 1!

It was an incredible start to the season to bring in 10 new players and have them absolutely click from the outset to record a huge win over a strong opponent. Sean and the coaching team did a great job getting to this point but full credit goes to the players.

Congratulations to Jemima Fulton, Georgia Kavanagh, Maddy Stark, Zoe Wright, Charity Poe, Indi Makai, Ella Dempster, Sophie Stark, Zoe Lynch and Abbey Broughan.

We hope you love your footy with Boronia!

PLAYER SPONSORSHIPS | MADDY & SOPHIE STARK

We are absolutely thrilled to announce a brand-new partnership for the 2026 season! A massive thank you to Jake Edwards and the Moondani Toombadool Centre for jumping on board as player sponsors for sisters Maddy and Sophie Stark!

The Moondani Toombadool Centre, established in 2018 at Swinburne, is a transformational leader grounded in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledges. In the Woiwurrung language of the Wurundjeri People, Moondani Toombadool means ‘embracing teaching and learning’—a sentiment that we are proud to carry on our journey this year.

Maddy is coming off an absolute blinder of a 2025 season! She’s proven herself as one of the rising stars in the league, recently earning: EFNL Team of the Year honors; Club Best & Fairest; Division 3 Leading Goal Kicker. “Starky” has slotted 64 goals over the last three seasons. We can’t wait to see what she and Sophie achieve with this incredible support behind them!

Join us in thanking Jake Edwards and the Moondani Toombadool Centre.

WELCOME TO BORONIA | MADDY STARK

We’re thrilled to announce that Maddy Stark has signed with Boronia for the 2026 season.

Maddy is coming off a huge 2025, where she made the EFNL Team of the Year and shared her club Best & Fairest Award. Starky is an athletic forward who knows how to find the goals, kicking 64 majors over the past three seasons, and taking out the Division 3 goal kicking award last year.

We’re excited to watch Maddy roam the wide open space of Tormore in brown and gold this year, and beyond.
