Alix!U14 GIRLS COACH 2027 – ALIX PENNY 🦅Alix was an important part of the coaching team that helped guide our U14 Girls to a Premiership last season, and we’re thrilled to have her leading the group in 2027.A Best & Fairest winner herself, Alix brings a wealth of football knowledge and experience to the role. Having coached both boys’ and girls’ teams, she understands the game incredibly well and, just as importantly, has a fantastic connection with the girls. Her ability to teach, encourage and get the best out of her players makes her a great fit to continue developing this talented group as they head into another exciting season.Congratulations Alix — we can’t wait to see what 2027 brings!Register for U14 Girls here; boroniahawks.square.site/product/junior-under-9s-and-above-2027-/957?cp=true&sa=true&sbp=false&q=…
The members of the Boronia Hawks community extend our deepest sympathy to Jamie Atkinson on the recent passing of his wife Kiri after a long illness. Jamie joined our Vets team for the 2026 season, after a long career at Ringwood, and has been a much valued team member in all nine games. Jamie also works with Vets team mate Kristan Wood. This has been an extremely difficult time for the family as Kiri’s illness took its toll and Akka provided loving care for her. Please join us in sending our love and condolences to Jamie, his family and friends as they mourn the less of Kiri. RIP
The BHFNC sends their sincere condolences to the Bertram family on the passing of Grant’s father in law and Sharon’s father. Both are travelling overseas at the moment but are expected home shortly. 🤎💛
